The Road to Emmaus
Emmaus Sweden is rooted in the Gospel story of Luke 24 — two disciples walking a road of confusion and sorrow, until a stranger joined them and revealed himself as the Risen Christ in the breaking of bread.
That story is our story. We believe God walks with each of us on our own road — and that a retreat can be the moment where, like those disciples, our hearts begin to burn again.

OUR MISSION
Why we do what we do
Emmaus Sweden exists to create space for people to encounter Jesus Christ in a personal and transforming way. We serve young adults and families across Sweden, bringing together volunteers, speakers, and spiritual guides to offer an experience of grace.
Every retreat is held in a spirit of love, hospitality, and prayer — following in the tradition of the international Emmaus movement.
